Burnt Ends Restaurant invites you to join our hospitality team in Singapore. You will deliver friendly customer service, handle daily service operations, and assist with opening and closing duties while ensuring accurate order handling and beverages knowledge.

Successful candidates communicate in English, show a personable, outgoing attitude, and thrive in a bustling restaurant environment with a 44-hour, 5-day work week. Medical and dental coverage, incentives, and annual bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• No minimum certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Personable, charming and outgoing personality with strong service attitude.
• 5 days work week (44 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service according to procedures and standards.
• Assist and ensure smooth daily service operations (opening/closing of outlet, taking orders, table setting, cleaning).
• Ensure all pre-opening duties are completed daily.
• Perform basic cashiering duties.
• Provide service according to F&B standards and procedures.
• Handle beverages and be familiar with menu, recipes, wine/list and preparation times.
• Recommend and promote menu items or specials to guests.
• Manage guest complaints and pass feedback to supervisor for follow-up.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and deportment.
• Clean and maintain section area after service; ensure cleanliness.
• Coordinate with stewards, kitchen, and bar staff for smooth operations.
• Assist in other areas like answering phones and completing financial transactions.
• Maintain table culture and ambience at all times.
• Perform other duties as required by the manager.
