Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore seeks a customer‑oriented team member to manage food and beverage service and guest interactions. You will take orders, serve guests, and support colleagues in restaurant setup and stock checks.

The role requires at least 1 year in guest service, a hygiene certification, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. A neat, professional appearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage
• 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role is preferred in hospitality
• Possess food hygiene and safety certification
• Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serving guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Assist fellow team members in restaurant setup and stocking of amenities and utensils.
• Assist guests on requests, upsell and be knowledgeable about the menu.
• Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries.
• Perform other administrative duties in the restaurant
