Raffles Hotel Singapore is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to manage the guest journey at the front of house, coordinating with the Raffles Butler to ensure a seamless arrival and personalised check-in experience.

The role supports F&B welcoming, cashiering, and lobby administration while promoting hotel facilities and inter-hotel sales. A hospitality Diploma or Degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in hospitality or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Strong guest-service orientation with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the guest experience through seamless lobby processes with a personalised check-in.
• Assists F&B team in welcoming and seating restaurant patrons.
• Handles cashiering and administrative duties for lobby operations.
• Upsells hotel facilities and promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house amenities.
• Adheres to SOPs and hotel brand standards; maintains safety and security.
