Job summary
ST Engineering Singapore seeks a mission-oriented Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Engineer to support Ground Support Equipment (GSE) maintenance operations at SATS Maintenance Centre. You will troubleshoot, analyze faults, and implement process improvements to enhance downtime reduction and reliability.
Reporting to the Operations Manager onsite at SATS Maintenance Centre (34 Changi North Crescent) on a five-day shift, you will prepare technical reports, engage customers on technical issues,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with relevant engineering background
- Proven experience in maintenance operations or related roles
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve technical issues to minimize GSE downtime
- Conduct failure mode analysis and recommend maintenance improvements
- Communicate with customers on troubleshooting and corrective actions
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for customers
- Develop and update maintenance manuals and procedures
- Perform obsolescence management for spare parts
- Collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and supply chain
- Respond to urgent technical issues during off-hours when needed
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards
