Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a capable technician for maintenance of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) at Changi Airbase. You will perform PM and CM, troubleshoot faults, and ensure high readiness and reliability of equipment.

Responsibilities include documentation, safety compliance, and coordinating with teams. Travel for assignments of 1–3 months may be required; a NITEC or equivalent in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical is required.

Qualifications

• NITEC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
• Proven maintenance experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or maintenance-related industries.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performed preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) on Ground Support Equipment (GSE) per schedules and instructions.
• Diagnosed equipment faults, troubleshot issues, and carried out repairs for readiness and reliability.
• Executed maintenance activities while meeting quality standards and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
• Inspected equipment, identified defects, and implemented corrective actions to ensure safety and performance.
• Provided feedback to improve maintenance processes and service quality.
• Maintained documentation of maintenance, equipment status, and service records.
• Supported customers with technical assistance and maintenance inquiries.
• Monitored serviceability, tracked Estimated Time of Recovery (ETR), and provided KPI reports.
• Assisted in reliability analysis by collecting maintenance data and supporting spare parts planning.
• Ensured workshop facilities, tools, and work areas were clean, organized, and safe.
