Job summary

TSL Media Group in Singapore seeks a Marketing Lead to own growth, strategy and commercial development. You will grow our network and audience, identify monetisation opportunities and translate performance data into actionable plans.

Ideally entrepreneurial with a bias to action, you will work across content, marketing and commercial teams, building new initiatives and owning outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in digital marketing, content, audience growth or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Experience growing and managing a network of channels and communities prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for the network, subscribers, reach and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to grow the network, audience and commercial value.
• Explore formats, partnerships and initiatives to expand the business.
• Monitor performance and translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Own revenue performance, pricing and commercial opportunities.
• Identify monetisation opportunities and work with the commercial team.
• Prepare regular performance and business reports.
• Guide content and community strategies to strengthen engagement.
• Oversee campaign briefs and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for deeper partnerships.
• Lead, coach and develop the team; set KPIs and drive accountability.
• Build processes to scale the function.
