Job summary

Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support the execution of the regional PowerGen Growth project. You will track, steer, and lead work packages to deliver on time, within scope, and aligned with growth targets.

As a cross-functional team player, you will establish project structures, identify risks, report to senior stakeholders, and coordinate with internal teams. The role offers growth toward Regional Growth Project Lead over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven track record in managing and driving initiatives.
• Excellent time management and ability to define detailed schedules.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal stakeholders.
• Lead and support work packages; drive continuous improvement of execution processes.
• Establish and maintain project governance including scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure effective collaboration.
• Prepare and deliver consolidated program reporting, milestone reviews, and status updates for senior management.
• Assist with administration and documentation including meeting management and tracking logs.
• Identify and report roadblocks and risks to maintain momentum and delivery integrity.
• Act as liaison between Program manager, project manager and team members.
• Willingness to travel for business as required.
