This role emphasizes proactive risk management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of project execution processes, with potential to advance to Regional Growth Project Lead over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering, management or business disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar project management roles.
• Strong time management; define project boundaries and schedules.
• Experience estimating costs, budgeting, and tracking expenses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team player.
• Willingness to travel and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project execution.
• Lead and support work packages; improve project processes.
• Establish governance: scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and maintain alignment.
• Prepare consolidated program reporting, milestone reviews, and updates.
• Support documentation, meeting management, and tracking logs.
• Identify roadblocks and report risks to maintain momentum.
• Communicate with stakeholders; act as bridge between PMs and teams.
• Travel overseas when required; stay updated on PM best practices.
• Handle special assignments as needed.
