Job summary

The Urban Clinic Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Brand & Marketing Manager to grow our clinics across multiple locations.

The role goes beyond social media, focusing on digital campaigns, converting enquiries to appointments, and content that builds trust in our doctors and clinics. You will coordinate initiatives across referrals, CME/events, patient engagement and partnerships, while supporting management with analytics, reporting, track performance and identify opportunities to serve patients

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or customer acquisition.
• Hands on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Able to interpret campaign data, manage budgets and make optimization decisions independently.
• Strong content planning and social media skills, particularly short-form video and Instagram Reels.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the confidence to work with clinic teams.
• Organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, keyword selection, creative testing and campaign performance.
• Monitor cost per lead, cost per booked appointment and cost per attended new patient.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking to understand which campaigns generate genuine patient enquiries and appointments.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend improvements to maximize marketing returns.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all clinic locations.
