Job summary

Global Financial Consultants Pte Ltd, located in Singapore, is seeking a Business Development & Adviser Marketing Manager/Executive to drive client acquisition and marketing activities for the Senior Financial Consultant. The role blends relationship-building with creative content production to support growth.

You will generate leads, arrange appointments, and produce social media content, including videos, while collaborating with the SFC on campaigns and business development ideas.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Media or a related field.
• Around 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, business development, lead generation or a related area.
• An interest in both marketing and connecting with people to develop new business opportunities.
• Experience in creating social media content, shooting or editing videos, or supporting marketing campaigns. A portfolio of personal, academic or professional work is welcome.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube.
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects are preferred.
• Experience in AI-powered creative tools such as Higgsfield, Runway or similar platforms.
• Basic familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Development: identify potential clients through online channels, referrals, networking and other platforms.
• Coordinate appointments for the Senior Financial Consultant (SFC) and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Maintain records of leads, appointments and campaign results.
• Create engaging social media content and marketing materials for digital platforms.
• Plan content calendars and marketing campaigns; monitor engagement and results.
• Support marketing initiatives and collaborate with teammates to drive business growth.
