Job summary

Global Financial Consultants Pte Ltd (GFC) invites a commercially driven, proactive Business Development & Adviser Marketing Executive to support a Senior Financial Consultant. The role blends prospecting, appointment setting, digital marketing, and content production to drive growth and client acquisition.

The role offers a performance-based remuneration with a monthly base plus commission, with growth opportunities as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, digital marketing or related field.
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media or related discipline.
• Proven ability to generate leads, engage prospects, arrange appointments and manage campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research and develop new business opportunities through online channels, networks, referrals and events.
• Generate and qualify leads and prospects that fit the target client profile.
• Conduct outreach to cold and warm prospects and coordinate meetings for the SFC.
• Maintain an organised prospect pipeline and lead-tracking database.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients and referral partners.
• Attend networking sessions and events to identify opportunities.
• Monitor lead conversion and follow-up outcomes; suggest improvements to prospecting.
