Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for fresh meat and food products.
• Increase brand awareness and strengthen the company’s market position.
• Conduct market research and monitor customer preferences and market trends.
• Analyze competitors, their products, pricing, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales and customer acquisition.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, website, email marketing, and online promotions.
• Develop B2B marketing strategies for hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Production teams to achieve business targets.
• Manage product launches, packaging, catalogs, brochures, POS materials, and promotional content.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, retailers, distributors, and business partners.
• Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign performance, sales growth, and ROI.
• Ensure all marketing activities and communications comply with food-safety, labeling, and company standards.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue, market share, and long-term customer growth.
