The MADD Group in Singapore is seeking a Marketing & Growth Executive to develop and execute initiatives that grow our brands, attract audiences and convert interest into enrolments, sales and engagement. You will drive campaigns across the group's brands and programmes.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2–4 years in marketing, digital advertising, brand development or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong creative instincts with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written communication and campaign planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Canva, video-editing tools, analytics platforms or CRM systems.
• Experience in education, enrichment, lifestyle or entertainment marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across the group's brands and programmes.
• Develop strategies to generate leads, increase student enrolments and strengthen brand visibility.
• Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition, collaborations and partnerships.
• Support the marketing of programme launches, events, auditions and entertainment projects.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Improve website traffic, SEO performance and online lead generation.
• Develop effective customer journeys from enquiry to registration.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets and ROI.
• Coordinate social media campaigns, promotional materials and marketing calendars.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across divisions.
• Track metrics like enquiries, registrations and CAC; translate insights into growth.
