Job summary

The MADD Group in Singapore is hiring a Marketing & Growth Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies across our brands. You will focus on growing audiences, increasing enrolments, and driving engagement through campaigns, events, and partnerships.

As part of a creative ecosystem spanning MADDspace, MADD Entertainment, The DSA Academy and IDOLLAB, you will collaborate with production and education teams to deliver content and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing, digital advertising or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong creative instincts combined with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written communication and campaign planning skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to grow our brands, attract new audiences and translate interest into enrolments, sales and engagement.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across the group's brands and programmes.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Coordinate social media campaigns, promotional materials and marketing calendars.
• Track key metrics and prepare regular marketing performance reports.
