Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing consumer product brands through retail and e-commerce channels.
• Hands-on experience managing online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing marketing budgets, sales performance, and business KPIs.
• Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and working with agencies, influencers, or business partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Drive product sales across retail, e-commerce, corporate partnerships, and new distribution channels.
• Manage digital store fronts and online marketplaces to maximise growth and performance.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, product launches, and content initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, campaign performance, and sales data to improve commercial results.
• Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent brand positioning.
• Support future business expansion initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
