Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in B2B/enterprise sales with revenue growth track record
• Structured pipeline management and CRM discipline across multiple opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field (equivalent experience considered)
• APAC/EMEA market experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business across target industries and markets to build a qualified pipeline
• Lead consultative, solution-based selling from problem to value proposition and contract closure
• Maintain pipeline ownership, CRM records, and accurate forecasting to meet sales targets
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations and coordinate with delivery teams
• Translate AI/tech capabilities into business outcomes for clients and define solutions
