NJV Parata Point F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced General Manager (Business Development) to drive growth, sales, and efficient operations across our food stall network.

You will oversee revenue strategies, staff management, cost control, and customer satisfaction while identifying new opportunities for expansion and partnerships. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, market analysis, and the execution of promotional campaigns to grow the business in Singapore.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities, locations, and potential markets for expansion.
• Explore opportunities for catering, bulk food orders, corporate orders, events, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Develop promotional campaigns and marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Identify opportunities to establish additional food stalls or outlets.
• Set and achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
• Develop pricing strategies, combo offers, and promotional activities.
• Monitor customer demand and recommend menu improvements.
• Analyse sales reports and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
• Ensure proper cash handling and accurate recording of sales and digital payments.
