Job summary

Quest in Singapore is seeking a paid internship to own organic growth content across TikTok, Reels, and Lemon8. You will plan, film, and edit engaging videos, mine quest data for stories, and collaborate with creators. The role is hybrid, based in Singapore, and can be part-time or full-time to suit startup needs.

You'll test formats, measure outcomes, and adapt successful trends for local markets, driving installs and completed quests through authentic storytelling.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of TikTok/Reels/Lemon8 dynamics.
• Capable of filming and editing with a smartphone.
• Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit short-form content across TikTok, Reels and Lemon8.
• Pitch and run weekly content experiments, then report outcomes.
• Dig into completed quest data to find story angles and demand.
• Source and brief UGC creators, testing new formats and ideas.
