Job summary

Internsg is seeking a proactive content creator for a hands-on internship in Singapore. You will help plan and produce short-form and long-form content, contribute ideas, script and storyboard, and participate in shoots with the team.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a Diploma or Degree in media-related fields, with a strong interest in TikTok and Instagram Reels. You’ll work across marketing and sales teams, learning from performance data to refine content.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Film, Digital Content, Mass Communication or related discipline.
• Strong interest in TikTok, Instagram Reels and social-first video content.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced content production environment.
• Creative mindset with understanding of what makes online content engaging.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willing to learn from performance data and adapt content accordingly.
• Basic knowledge of video production, filming or editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software is an advantage.
• Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of daily short-form and long-form content
• Assist with content ideation, scripting, storyboarding and production preparation
• Participate in video and social-media shoots
• Coordinate shoot schedules, locations, talents, equipment and production requirements
• Work closely with Content, Marketing, Video Editors and Sales teams
• Help turn marketing briefs and campaign objectives into engaging content
• Ensure content is produced and delivered according to agreed timelines
• Support the preparation of hooks, calls-to-action and content variations for testing
• Assist with reviewing content performance, including views, engagement, retention and leads generated
• Research current social-media trends, formats, competitors and audience behaviour
