Quest, the AI marketplace, is seeking a paid internship based in Singapore with a hybrid arrangement. You’ll own organic growth experiments end to end, creating short-form content across TikTok, Reels and Lemon8, from concept to shipping, and using data to drive decisions.

You’ll plan, shoot, and edit videos on your phone, test weekly ideas, and extract story angles from quest data and cross-market trends (MY, PH). This is an internship with real ownership and results.

Qualifications

• Passion for creating short-form video content.
• Able to shoot and edit using a phone.
• Curious, self-directed, scrappy in early-stage startup.
• Knowledge of TikTok/UGC trends.
• Comfort with data-led storytelling.

Responsabilités

• Plan, film, and edit short-form content for TikTok/Reels/Lemon8.
• Run weekly content experiments and report outcomes.
• Analyze completed-quest data to identify story angles.
• Source and brief UGC creators and test formats.
• Adapt successful content from other markets for Singapore.
