Job summary

ULTI is a Singapore workspace brand inviting a creative intern to produce engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, XHS and YouTube Shorts. You’ll turn trends into content, script hooks, and collaborate with the team on campaigns and live sessions.

You’ll have freedom to pitch ideas, learn branding, ecommerce and influencer marketing while building a portfolio that matters. This is a 6–12 month internship with flexible scheduling and in-person location in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or samples of short-form video content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Reels trends.
• Proficiency with CapCut or similar editing tools.
• Comfortable appearing on camera.
• Willing to experiment and own your work.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit TikToks, Reels, XiaoHongShu and YouTube Shorts.
• Turn trends, memes and everyday moments into ULTI content.
• Create product, lifestyle, BTS and campaign videos.
• Write hooks, captions and short-form scripts.
• Brainstorm fresh content ideas with the team.
• Help shape and manage our social content calendar.
• Work on influencer collaborations and digital campaigns.
• Create content for TikTok, Instagram, XHS, YouTube and Shopee.
• Get involved in TikTok/Shopee/Instagram LIVE sessions.
• Test ideas, learn from performance and make the next piece better.
