Responsibilities

• Customer Relations: Open new customer outlets and service existing ones for both new and recurring orders.
• Sales Development: Develop and maximize sales with customers by building strong rapport and maintaining professional business relationships.
• Product Distribution: Ensure efficient distribution of products to customers, optimizing performance.
• Payment Management: Remind and collect outstanding payments/bills when necessary.
• Sales Performance Reporting: Generate general reports on sales performance within your portfolio, providing insights to the company.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake ad-hoc duties as per customer or management requests.
• Growth Strategies: Develop growth strategies and business acquisition plans to increase the client base, achieving KPIs.
• Market Analysis: Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with KPIs.
• Marketing Coordination: Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, delegating tasks that align with strategic goals.
• Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships and collaborate closely with brand owners.
• Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients using company apps for seamless ordering.
