You will build client relationships, create sales materials, and contribute to weekly forecasts and KPI achievement, while supporting product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical sales presentations.
• Support sales activities before and after closing deals.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Understand customer technical requirements to tailor appropriate product and solution recommendations.
• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate and qualify sales leads.
• Follow up on inbound enquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and after-sales support.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage and support marketing and event activities.
• Design creative sales and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies for marketing materials and event logistics.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including social media and website content where required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategy.
• Support new product or service launches with relevant sales and marketing materials.
• Handle ad-hoc sales and marketing duties as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) or management.
