Job summary

Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to management.
Identify emerging markets and monitor competitors and product status.
Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
Perform any other duties assigned by the director.
