Job summary

EXEO Global Pte Ltd seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its global corporate marketing team at the Singapore HQ. You will optimize lead generation and brand visibility through paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation while translating data insights into actionable business outcomes and supporting end-to-end corporate event initiatives.

You will collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams across the Group to drive synergies in inbound and outbound marketing

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on digital/performance marketing experience.
• Proficient with GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and HubSpot/Salesforce.
• Experience executing email campaigns, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing workflows.
• Good communication in English and a second language.
• Experience supporting physical corporate events and conferences.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to maximise lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI.
• Manage HubSpot CRM workflows: lead segmentation, automated email nurtures, inbound campaigns.
• Design and deploy email marketing campaigns and newsletters for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track website traffic, campaign conversions, and user behavior using GA4 and platform insights.
• Coordinate with teams to align ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets for smooth user journeys.
• Assist in running digital campaigns and in-person corporate events across regions.
• Conduct A/B tests on ads and emails to improve CTR and conversions.
• Maintain data hygiene across digital platforms and ensure compliance with data protection guidelines.
