You will collaborate with designers, developers, and partners to produce engaging content, manage campaigns, analyse performance, and drive continuous improvement across channels. Based in Singapore with hands-on ownership of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to strengthen a Student Care Organisation's brand presence and drive enrolment growth.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Plan, coordinate, and optimise marketing funnels, including website landing pages, email campaigns, content marketing, and retargeting activities.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns and collaborate with external partners or agencies to maximise marketing effectiveness.
• Ensure all marketing communications are aligned with the organisation's branding and positioning
• Work closely with website developers and SEO specialists to improve online visibility, user experience, ant conversion performance.
