Job summary

Hager Group in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Executive to support digitalisation, customer centricity, product marketing and brand awareness. You will coordinate digital campaigns, customer engagement and learning initiatives, and collaborate with regional and global teams.

You will enhance the website and digital journey, manage email newsletters, train staff, develop sales enablement tools, product content, and support launches and brand campaigns across channels for the Singapore market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in B2B marketing, product marketing or marketing communications; fresh graduates with internship experience encouraged to apply.
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing, website or CMS administration, email marketing, CRM, social media and campaign analytics.
• Strong content development skills, translating technical products into customer-focused messages and value propositions.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, product launches, customer events, training programmes, agencies and external vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Digitalisation: Enhance the website and digital customer journey; maintain product portfolio information and campaign assets.
• Coordinate email newsletters and CRM integration with ISA Marketing for segmentation and lead nurturing.
• Build and execute connected campaign flows across the digital funnel and optimise ROI.
