Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to advertisers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction.
• Offer solutions to advertiser inquiries to improve response times.
• Develop and analyze keywords, titles, descriptions, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow advertiser accounts.
• Suggest process improvements to grow portfolio revenue.
• Build professional online advertising campaigns for customers.
• Other duties as assigned to maintain quality management systems.
