Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science, fintech, payments, or high-growth tech.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark with hands‑on large-scale data processing.
• Ability to design scalable ETL/data pipelines with data validations for reliability.
• Familiarity with Spark, Airflow and Git; Looker/Tableau for dashboards.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard development in Looker/Tableau.
• Deep understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and data mining.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management to influence outcomes.
• Self‑directed, able to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling translating insights into business value.
