Job summary

A Singapore-based fast-growing F&B brand seeks a Sales Data Analytics & Strategy Lead to drive menu performance through data-driven decisions. Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and profitability to optimize menu architecture, pricing, and promotions for sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in category management, menu analytics, or a related commercial role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience in F&B, retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing industries is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze menu sales performance, product mix, margins, and profitability to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor item-level performance across the menu lifecycle and post-launch reviews of new items.
• Translate sales and operational data into actionable recommendations for revenue and margin improvement.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track menu performance and promotions effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product Development, and Supply Chain to support menu launches and enhancements.
