Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced CFO to lead the regional finance function across APAC. You will partner with the CEO and country leaders to strengthen governance, improve profitability and support strategic business decisions.

The role requires 12–15 years of progressive finance experience with regional exposure, preferably in FMCG/consumer goods. You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and working-capital management while building strong finance teams across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent.
• At least 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership responsibilities.
• Regional finance experience across multiple APAC markets.
• Strong FMCG, retail, consumer goods or distribution experience strongly preferred.
• Solid grounding in financial planning, commercial finance, taxation, audit and governance.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, cash flow and complex regional operations.
• Strategic and hands-on, comfortable in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder-management and communication skills.
