Job summary
Green Theory Labs Pte. Ltd. is seeking a commercially driven Growth & E‑Commerce Manager to own online revenue and turn marketing activity into measurable business results in Singapore.
This hands-on role requires analysing performance, executing campaigns, optimizing product listings and conversions across website, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and future channels. You will collaborate with creators and manage paid media, livestreams, and promotions while protecting margins and brand positioning.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years in e-commerce or digital growth marketing with measurable results.
- Experience generating online sales for a consumer brand (beauty/skincare preferred).
- Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and advertising platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own commercial performance of website and online marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop).
- Develop and execute monthly growth plans across paid media, organic content, and promotions.
- Improve product listings, bundles, and customer journeys to increase conversion.
- Plan launches, sales campaigns and platform promotions while protecting margins.
- Identify opportunities to increase AOV, repeat purchases and CLV.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with operations.
