HR SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to grow the client base and secure new signage projects across industries.

You will own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing, leveraging referrals and independent lead generation with support from dedicated design and admin teams. You must have strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, be comfortable targeting sales goals, and capable of translating customer needs into compelling signage

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or client acquisition is preferred.
• Experience in signage, printing, advertising, interior fit-outs or related industries would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and comfortable approaching prospective clients and generating leads independently.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Organised, responsive and able to manage multiple sales opportunities.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities for signage solutions.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and referrals from existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and work with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations and sales proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and sales progress.
• Coordinate handovers to the design and administrative teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated.
• Monitor market developments and identify opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
