EPOCH HPL SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth in the Kallang Central region. This full-time role combines sales and marketing responsibilities, identifying new opportunities, executing campaigns, and nurturing client relationships to achieve targets.

You will collaborate with the marketing team, present to clients, conduct market research, and contribute to brand visibility while developing a diverse skill set in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience in sales, marketing or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and present solutions that add value.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to think strategically about marketing initiatives.
• Flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing market conditions and business requirements.
• Preferably, knowledge of the local Singapore market and established networks within relevant industries.
• Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, sales or a related discipline is advantageous

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory to achieve agreed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote products and services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and follow-up.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Document customer interactions, feedback and transactions accurately in the customer relationship management system.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows and networking activities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work towards achieving key performance indicators and sales metrics on a consistent basis.
