Job summary

Anglesey Employment Agency Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business growth, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets by identifying prospects, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and managing sales pipelines.

You will work independently and as part of a team to close profitable deals, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or CRM is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with ability to manage multiple leads.
• Proficient in MS Office or CRM software.
• Willingness to conduct client outreach and attend meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings to expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Analyze clients’ business needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements
• Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and presentations to support client decision-making
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into confirmed sales
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines to close profitable deals
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer information, and sales pipelines for accurate reporting
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet individual and collective sales targets contributing to company growth
