Job summary

You will identify new opportunities, promote products to clients, build strong relationships, conduct presentations, prepare quotations and proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales goals. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related discipline preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation with ability to build professional client relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven with a positive attitude to achieving sales objectives.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Promote the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers to increase sales.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to assess needs and propose solutions.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals and other documents to support sales efforts.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing activities to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Follow up on leads and enquiries to support conversion and revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, activities, leads and opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on performance and progress.
