Job summary

The PestMan group is seeking a Marketing Executive to support planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across PestBusters, PestMan, and other brands. You will manage digital activities, create content, and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and drive growth through effective marketing activities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns for PestBusters, PestMan, and other group brands.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Support SEM and SEO implementation and monitoring to improve online visibility and leads.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns via Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, track performance and prepare reports.
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and digital ads.
• Maintain and update company websites and social media accounts to ensure accurate information.
• Monitor online inquiries and respond appropriately, coordinating with relevant departments.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track marketing performance data and prepare regular reports with recommendations.
