Job summary

Awfully Chocolate PTE LTD is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to drive traffic, engagement and sales for its online chocolate and cake store in Singapore. You will develop and execute cross-channel campaigns across social, search, email and ecommerce platforms to expand the customer base and maximize revenue.

The role requires hands-on content creation, budget management and performance analysis to optimize ROI while maintaining consistent branding across all channels.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across social, search and email.
• Ability to analyze data, track ROI and optimize performance in fast-paced ecommerce.
• Strong content creation skills for captions, visuals and promotional materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email and ecommerce platforms.
• Manage the company’s social media accounts and content calendar.
• Create engaging content, including captions, promotional materials, videos and campaign concepts.
• Plan and manage paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimise spending to improve return on investment.
• Monitor website traffic, customer engagement, conversion rates and advertising performance.
• Coordinate product launches, festive promotions and online sales campaigns.
• Update website and ecommerce content, including product information, images and promotions.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer-trend research.
• Work with designers, photographers, agencies and internal departments to produce campaign materials.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, ecommerce, retail and operations teams.
• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
