Job summary

Nature's Spa in Singapore is seeking a driven marketing professional to plan and execute integrated online and offline campaigns, drive brand awareness, and boost sales. You will manage Lazada, Shopee, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and digital advertising across Meta, TikTok, and Google to grow traffic and conversions.

You will create compelling content for social channels, e-commerce, website, and events, while overseeing newsletters and customer communications to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of digital and social media marketing experience.
• Graphic design knowledge is a plus.
• Experience creating content for Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms: Lazada, Shopify, Shopee, TikTok.
• Strong communication, presentation, and result-oriented mindset.
• Excellent copywriting skills and social media savvy.
• Beauty industry experience preferred.
• Innovative and able to conceptualize; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Manage Lazada and Shopee listings, promotions, assets, and sales performance.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to grow awareness and followers.
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Develop marketing content for social media, e-commerce, website, and events.
• Manage website, blogs, newsletters, and customer communications to support acquisition and retention.
• Monitor and analyse performance and optimise campaigns for ROAS and growth.
