Qualifications

• 10+ years in backend engineering with scalable, distributed systems.
• Experience guiding engineering strategy at organizational level.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and Go.
• CI/CD experience and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend architecture, strategy, and scalable design.
• Design reusable services, APIs, and modules.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and frontend to meet needs.
• Drive performance, monitoring, and optimization.
