HeyMax is seeking a Growth Design Lead to run a mini lab focused on expanding the user base worldwide. You will own the activation journey from first touch to first value, and design an adaptive system that works for users in any market from day one.

You’ll operate like a startup within a startup—pick high-leverage problems, ship experiments, read the data, and decide what’s next. The role requires 5+ years in consumer product design with real growth work and an orientation toward scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consumer product design with growth experience.
• Owned activation or acquisition funnel metrics.
• Systems thinking: design state machines, not screens.
• AI-native tooling for prototyping, research synthesis, and copy variants.

Responsabilités

• Own activation and growth initiatives end-to-end.
• Design an adaptive design system for global markets.
• Build scalable growth loops: referrals and re-engagement.
• Lead the growth agenda and experiment portfolio.
