Job summary

Binance is seeking a data-driven engineer to develop and optimize core marketing algorithms, including user behavior prediction, profiling, ROI estimation, and traffic allocation. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in related fields, with a solid foundation in algorithms and programming.
• Master's Degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Python, Scala, or Java; familiar with big data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms (LR, GBDT, DNN) and models used in marketing (Uplift, Lookalike); tools such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiar with SQL/Hive and experience in data cleaning, feature engineering, and model tuning.
• Deep understanding of user growth, ad placement, and e-commerce marketing; ability to design aligned algorithm solutions.
• Clear logical thinking, independent work capability, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop core marketing algorithm models: user behavior prediction, profiling, ROI estimation, and traffic allocation.
• Build precision models (CTR/CVR, LTV, channel attribution) using user data and business goals.
• Design data-driven strategies for user lifecycle (acquisition, retention, repurchase).
• Monitor algorithm performance; validate and optimize via A/B testing, causal inference, attribution.
• Collaborate with data, product, and ops to implement algorithms in marketing systems.
