Job summary

Binance offers a growth-focused internship where you’ll design algorithmic strategies for user acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will build predictive models using ML techniques and collaborate with product and engineering to drive measurable business outcomes.

We seek Master’s or PhD candidates in CS/Statistics/Math/AI, skilled in Python, SQL, and ML; familiarity with recommender systems or causal inference is a plus. Remote-friendly, Singapore-based internship with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s or Ph.D. in CS, statistics, AI or related field; intern at least 4 days/week for 3+ months.
• Strong foundation in machine learning; familiar with LR, GBDT, DNN and their use cases.
• Proficient in Python with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn for data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills; able to extract and analyze data from databases.
• Familiarity with recommender systems, causal inference, reinforcement learning or optimization preferred.
• Prior internship or project in growth, computational advertising, search/recommendation is a plus.
• Strong communication and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop algorithm strategies for user growth, including segmentation, recommendations, and incentive optimization.
• Build user lifecycle models (LTV, churn, conversion) from behavior data to drive precision decisions.
• Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate growth strategies and drive iteration.
• Explore user characteristics with ML and causal inference to improve retention and conversion.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering to translate algorithms into business growth.
