Job summary

Raffles Medical Group Ltd is seeking a highly qualified finance professional to lead group consolidation, statutory reporting and financial governance across the healthcare group.

You will oversee preparation of group financial statements, cash flow analysis, board papers and budgeting, while coordinating audits, tax and regulatory submissions with local teams to ensure policy compliance and timely reporting in a fast-paced environment. Regional hospitality exposure would be advantageous.

Qualifications

  • CA and/or ACCA with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in group consolidation and financial reporting.
  • Audit experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of Group consolidation for statutory, taxation and management reporting.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of Group financial and management reports, cash flow, quarterly Board papers, budgetary control and SGX announcements.
  • Prepare and review full sets of accounts and financial and management reporting for selected subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate statutory audits, tax, regulatory reporting and other compliance matters.
  • Oversee key financial reconciliations and balance sheet reviews across the Group, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely resolution of outstanding matters.
  • Partner with local finance teams to ensure compliance with Group accounting policies, internal controls and financial governance.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting and compliance with all reporting and statutory deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, internal and external auditors, and other relevant parties on finance and reporting matters.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Qualified CA and/or ACCA with at least 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong experience in Group consolidation, financial reporting and management reporting.
  • Prior audit experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory requirements and taxation.
  • Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different business units and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and oversee a finance team in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Proactive and able to work independently while managing multiple reporting deadlines.
  • Regional exposure and experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous.
