Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Group Manager for Food Safety & Quality Management (FSQM) to safeguard food safety and ensure compliance across R&D and manufacturing operations in Singapore.

You will drive Nestlé Continuous Excellence towards zero defect, partner with cross-functional teams and lead risk-based quality improvements. Key responsibilities include leading QA programs, maintaining HACCP/quality systems, and mentoring site teams to achieve audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a relevant field such as microbiology, chemistry, food science or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of food safety systems, HACCP and quality management practices.
• Experience leading QA/QC functions in food manufacturing or R&D environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality and food safety expertise and support to R&D/production units.
• Ensure execution of food safety strategy, standards and processes.
• Lead training and knowledge transfer on quality and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and defects and support audits.
