SUN MARINE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead group accounting, controls and financial reporting. You will oversee cash flow, budgeting, statutory compliance and governance across multiple entities.

The role requires extensive IFRS/SFRS knowledge, experience with tax and audits, and leadership of overseas finance teams. 44-hour workweek, monthly salary SGD 7,000–8,000.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including 3–5 years in a financial controller or leadership role.
• Experience in multi-entity consolidation across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS/IFRS, budgeting, treasury and audit coordination.
• Experience overseeing Singapore tax and statutory reporting.
• Experience managing overseas finance teams is an advantage.
• Strong ERP, Excel and financial analysis skills.

Aufgaben

• Implement consistent accounting policies, SOPs and internal controls across all entities.
• Deliver timely monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Monitor profitability by entity, project, customer and business segment.
• Manage group liquidity, banking, payments and funding requirements.
• Lead annual budgets, group consolidation and periodic forecasts.
• Ensure timely ACRA, IRAS, tax and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate audits, strengthen financial controls and close audit findings.
• Support due diligence, valuation and post-acquisition integration.
• Attend management reviews and present financial updates to the Board.
