Job summary

PRUDENTIAL ASSURANCE COMPANY SINGAPORE (PTE) LIMITED seeks a Head of Enterprise Governance to lead the enterprise controls framework and governance, reporting to the CEO. The role coordinates outsourcing governance, including TPRM, and maintains alignment with MAS requirements and Prudential group standards while preserving independent oversight with Line2 Risk & Compliance.

As the senior first‑line escalation and coordination point for material control breakdowns, you will drive triage,

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance/Law/Risk; controls/risk/audit qualification preferred.
• Experience in governance, risk and control frameworks is desirable.
• Knowledge of MAS requirements and Prudential group standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of enterprise controls and governance.
• Coordinate outsourcing governance, including TPRM and third-party risk management.
• Provide senior escalation and remediation tracking for material control breaches and systemic issues.
• Ensure alignment to MAS requirements and Prudential standards across the lifecycle.
