• Engage with business unit owners to ensure timely resolution of compliance issues.
• Assist in designing a centralized compliance repository and keep policies up to date.
• Prepare reports to senior management on compliance efforts and progress.
• Foster cross-department collaboration to identify and manage compliance concerns.
• Provide guidance on investigations and recommended procedures for alleged violations.
• Identify compliance risks and develop corrective action plans.
