Job summary

MEINHARDT (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a finance professional to support monthly and annual consolidation, bank reporting, and treasury activities. You will monitor processes, assist with budgeting, and ensure governance across the group.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and those with 1–2 years of external audit experience transitioning to commercial accounting, requiring independence and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of external audit experience or fresh graduates transitioning to commercial accounting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in timely preparation of monthly and annual consolidation of financial reports.
• Assist in reports for bank reporting.
• Monitor treasury matters and cash balances across regions.
• Monitor accounting processes for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Assist with budget preparation and monitoring of performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance.
• Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audit.
• Participate in ad-hoc improvement projects.
• Take on duties assigned by the Group Finance Assistant Manager.

DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in timely preparation of monthly and annual consolidation of financial reports for management and statutory reporting


• Assist in timely preparation of reports for bank reporting


• Assist in treasury matters, including monitoring of cash balances across the regions


• Monitor overall accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards


• Assist with the preparation of budget and financial plans and monitor performance.


• Ensure compliance with company policies; maintain, review and implement financial and accounting policies to ensure compliance with good governance, practice and standards


• Liaise with external auditors for year-end audit


• Participate in ad-hoc improvements projects


• Any other duties and responsibilities as reasonably required by the Group Finance Assistant Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• Candidates with 1-2 years of external audit experience who are keen to transition into a commercial accounting role are encouraged to apply.
