Job summary

Meinhardt Group in Singapore seeks a junior accountant to support consolidated financial reporting, bank reporting, and treasury activities across regional offices. You will monitor accounting processes for accuracy and assist in budgets and governance policy implementation.

Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1–2 years of external audit experience are encouraged to apply. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years external audit experience or fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Independent, self-driven and meticulous at work.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly and annual consolidation of financial reports for management and statutory reporting.
• Assist in timely preparation of reports for bank reporting.
• Assist in treasury matters, including monitoring of cash balances across the regions.
• Monitor overall accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Assist with the preparation of budget and financial plans and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies; maintain, review and implement financial and accounting policies to ensure compliance with good governance, practice and standards.
• Liaise with external auditors for year-end audit.
• Participates in ad-hoc improvements projects.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as reasonably required by the Group Finance Director
